You've got to be quick to catch this one. It's one of the first scenes at the Severnaya complex. Natalya is looking over his shoulder while he spikes the American "slugheads". He explains the program as "now, the hunted becomes the hunter". This is the first time we hear his invincible catchphrase.

Xenia and Alec lock all of the doors, and he sends this over the radio to tell James there are explosives set to fire in three minutes, a jab at James because that's what he did to the timers at the chemical facility. James then has to use the laser in his watch to cut a hole in the floor while Natalya tracks them on the computer. They narrowly escape from the blast.
